Booking and cancellation policy


At Mauri Moods, we prioritize the well-being and safety of both our Clients and Practitioners. We reserve the right to terminate any session if there are concerns for personal well-being. The authority to decline any Client is retained if there is perceived risk to either party, handled with impartiality.

Abuse, whether physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. In the event of any form of threat perceived by our Practitioners, we hold the authority to cease any session promptly and without compensation.

Sessions will conclude if the client shows signs of intoxication from drugs and/or alcohol. Clients under the influence will not be accommodated, and we retain the right to cancel bookings without reimbursement.

We also reserve the right to terminate sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. We aim to keep such instances to a minimum and will notify you as soon as possible.

Mauri Moods does not assume accountability for no-shows or tardiness for any reason. If you are delayed for your appointment, the allotted time will be adjusted to respect everyone's time, including yours and subsequent appointments.

Cancellation of any healing/reading appointment for any reason must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If you wish to alter the timing of your appointment, kindly email your request to at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will be deemed a NO SHOW.


Failure to attend your appointment will result in full charges with no refunds. The appointment will not be rescheduled or held. Your booking will be canceled without compensation, and a new appointment must be arranged. Visit to re-book.
